Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was fantastic, offering clean and comfortable rooms with a fully equipped kitchen, making self-catering easy. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always willing to assist. The location was ideal, close to downtown and a variety of restaurants, creating a vibrant and convenient experience for exploring Cabo. Yet, the dining options, though tasty, were somewhat limited.
I found the hotel to be a cozy spot, with a worn feeling in the rooms but still warm at night even with the a/c on. The courtyard and pool area were lovely to relax in, although the walls had lots of markings. The staff was very friendly and helpful but not always knowledgeable with tourist-related queries. The location was convenient, close to downtown Los Cabos San Lucas and walkable to nearby restaurants, although the surrounding area needs some improvement. The dining experience offered delicious and well-priced meals, though the menu lacked variety and seemed repetitive.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated with swan towel art, but the glass sliding doors didn't do much to keep noise out. The view from the room overlooked the entertainment stage, making it lively but potentially noisy. The service was friendly overall, but with occasional language barriers. The location was great for exploring downtown Cabo, just a quick walk to various restaurants. The dining options were hit or miss, with limited breakfast choices. The facilities were sufficient for most needs.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was really convenient for exploring the downtown area, but the noise from the poolside and shared doorway with the neighboring suite made it less relaxing. The service was friendly but communication in English wasn't the best. The dining options were a mix of tasty dishes and some disappointments. Despite these aspects, the facilities provided were sufficient for my needs.
I stayed at Riu Sante Fe in Cabo for a wonderful vacation to relax and soak it all in. The rooms were clean and a good size, although the patio doors were sticky and hard to lock/unlock at times. The service was top-notch, with everyone being very helpful, trustworthy, and courteous. The location was perfect if you don't mind a little walk to the marina, offering a mix of small restaurants and services. The dining experience was nice initially but got old quickly with a limited breakfast. Overall, a great value for a relaxing stay.
The hotel may have some shabby elements like old towels and a fuzzy old TV; however, it is exceptionally clean with daily maid service. The pool is described as cold as ice, and ice for the rooms is not readily available.
